6. ‘Unconditional Surrender’

Set along downtown’s scenic Embarcadero, the majestic USS Midway Museum is a chance to capture your “active duty” in San Diego’s military community. Your Insta feed will be filled with images of unique exhibits ranging from climb-aboard aircraft to the engine room, but there is no better place to share a romantic moment with a loved one than embracing in front of the 25-foot statue of the famous WWII ‘Unconditional Surrender’ photo, located next to the museum. 7. San Diego Zoo

8. Remarkable Sculpture Garden

One-of-a-kind photos can be snapped at Queen Califia’s Magical Circle, located in Kit Carson Park in the inland city of Escondido. The only American sculpture garden created by the celebrated French-American sculpture Niki de Saint Phalle, Queen Califia’s Magical Circle consists of nine beautiful and whimsical large-scale sculptures and a playful “snake wall” adorned with brilliant, unique mosaic ornamentation.
